Chinese A-list actress Fan Bingbing was recently spotted having dinner with U.S. award-winning director Oliver Stone in Beijing, sparking rumours she might get her first Hollywood movie deal.
"They left a hotpot restaurant in Dongzhimen at 10:30 p.m., talking and laughing," a source told sina.com.
Stone wore a crimson Chinese-style wadded jacket, a grey coat and a blue and red scarf. He patted Fan's shoulder before he left, the source said.
Fan Bingbing rose to stardom for her character in "Huanzhu Gege", a 1998 popular TV series, and is now a popular face on big and small screens in China. Her movie credits include "Cell Phone" and "Lost in Beijing".
