完善國家人權行動計劃聯席會議機制, 加強對《行動計劃》實施的監督和評估工作，全方位、多層次保障《行動計劃》的落實。	China shall improve the joint meeting mechanism for the National Human Rights Action Plan, and improve supervision and assessment of the implementation of the Action Plan, so as to ensure its implementation in various fields and at different levels.
——各級地方政府、中央和國家機關各有關部門應結合各地區特點和各部門工作職責，制定《行動計劃》實施方案，確保《行動計劃》各項目標任務順利完成。	-- The local governments at all levels and related departments of the state organs shall work out detailed measures for the implementation of the Action Plan in accordance with their respective functions and regional characteristics, so as to ensure the successful fulfillment of all its objectives and tasks.
