女士們，先生們！	Ladies and Gentlemen,
和平、發(fā)展、合作是當(dāng)今時(shí)代的主題，亞洲日益成為世界上最具活力、最受矚目的地區(qū)之一。深厚的傳統(tǒng)友誼為進(jìn)一步發(fā)展中巴友好關(guān)系奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)，快速變化的時(shí)代為全面推進(jìn)中巴戰(zhàn)略合作提出了更高要求。同時(shí)，國(guó)際形勢(shì)正經(jīng)歷深刻復(fù)雜變化，不穩(wěn)定不確定因素增多。應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際風(fēng)云變幻和亞洲地區(qū)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，需要兩國(guó)進(jìn)一步密切合作、加強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)略溝通。中國(guó)正處在全面建成小康社會(huì)的決定性階段，要努力建設(shè)富強(qiáng)民主文明和諧的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國(guó)家、實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)，必須推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展、打造經(jīng)濟(jì)升級(jí)版，需要釋放改革紅利，需要擴(kuò)大對(duì)外開放，向西開放是我們的重大選項(xiàng)。巴基斯坦在中國(guó)發(fā)展同南亞、中亞和西亞國(guó)家關(guān)系中具有獨(dú)特的作用，我們的發(fā)展也離不開你們的支持與合作。巴基斯坦經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展仍面臨著艱巨任務(wù)，作為巴基斯坦最親密的朋友和兄弟，我們?cè)敢鉃榘头教峁┝λ芗暗膸椭椭С?。幫助你們也是幫助我們自己。中巴兩?guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)互補(bǔ)性很強(qiáng)，產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和市場(chǎng)開拓空間巨大，加強(qiáng)合作對(duì)雙方都十分必要。中巴友好合作，既符合兩國(guó)人民根本利益，也有利于地區(qū)和世界的和平穩(wěn)定。	Peace, development and cooperation are the underlying trend of our times, and Asia has increasingly become one of the most dynamic regions in the world and the focus of international attention. Profound traditional friendship has laid a solid foundation for further growing our friendly relations; and rapid changes in the world today call for lifting China-Pakistan comprehensive strategic cooperation to a higher level. On the other hand, the world is undergoing profound and complex changes, and uncertainties and destabilizing factors are on the rise. Our two countries need to develop closer cooperation and enhance strategic communication to jointly meet international uncertainties and challenges in Asia. China is at a decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. To achieve sustained and sound development and upgrade the economy, we need to unleash the benefits of reform and open wider to the world; and westward opening is a major step taken by China in this regard. Pakistan has a unique role to play in China's endeavor to grow relations with countries in South Asia, Central Asia and West Asia. Pakistan's support and cooperation are important to China's development. Pakistan faces arduous tasks of economic and social development. As the closest friend and brother of Pakistan, China will render support and assistance as our ability permits. To help you is to help ourselves. Given the strong complementarity of our economies and the vast space for industrial development and market expansion in both countries, it is highly necessary for us to strengthen cooperation. Our friendship and cooperation meet the fundamental interests of our two peoples and are conducive to maintaining global peace and stability.
中國(guó)有句古語，“博弈之交不終日，飲食之交不終月，勢(shì)利之交不終年。惟道義之交，可以終身”。中巴是道義之交，不僅可以終身，而且可以代代相傳，實(shí)現(xiàn)永恒。無論中國(guó)如何發(fā)展壯大，我們都會(huì)始終將巴基斯坦當(dāng)做休戚與共的好鄰居、好朋友、好伙伴、好兄弟，都會(huì)堅(jiān)定不移地同巴基斯坦人民肩并肩、手拉手。中國(guó)愿同巴基斯坦兄弟一道努力，將兩國(guó)戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系發(fā)展得更好、更深、更實(shí)。	As an old Chinese saying goes, "Friendship between chess playmates lasts less than a day. Friendship between diners lasts less than a month. Friendship based on power and influence lasts less than a year. Only friendship based on shared values lasts a lifetime." What we have between China and Pakistan is a friendship based on shared values. It will not only last a lifetime, but also endure from generation to generation and last forever. However strong China may grow, we will always stand shoulder to shoulder with the Pakistani people as good neighbors, good friends, good partners and good brothers, come rain or shine. China will work with Pakistan to forge a stronger, deeper and more solid strategic partnership of cooperation.
我們要深化中巴全面戰(zhàn)略合作。中國(guó)愿同巴方一道努力，保持兩國(guó)高層密切交往的傳統(tǒng)，常來往，多走動(dòng)，在涉及彼此重大利益的問題上加強(qiáng)溝通和協(xié)調(diào)。此訪期間，兩國(guó)將發(fā)表關(guān)于深化全面戰(zhàn)略合作的聯(lián)合聲明。我們應(yīng)以此為契機(jī)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)兩國(guó)全方位合作，不斷提升中巴戰(zhàn)略合作的內(nèi)涵。	We should deepen China-Pakistan comprehensive strategic cooperation. China and Pakistan should keep the tradition of frequent high-level exchanges and enhance communication and coordination on issues involving the major interests of both countries. During my visit, China and Pakistan will issue a Joint Statement on Deepening Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation. We should take this opportunity to step up all-round cooperation and enrich the strategic dimension of our relations.
我們要拓展中巴務(wù)實(shí)合作。雙方要繼續(xù)用好兩國(guó)自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定，推動(dòng)第二階段第二輪中巴自貿(mào)區(qū)降稅談判，不斷提升中巴經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系，使兩國(guó)貿(mào)易規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大并在動(dòng)態(tài)中實(shí)現(xiàn)貿(mào)易平衡。中國(guó)愿與巴方一道，加快推進(jìn)喀喇昆侖公路升級(jí)改造項(xiàng)目，并積極探索和制定中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊遠(yuǎn)景規(guī)劃，促進(jìn)南亞、東亞互聯(lián)互通，帶動(dòng)周邊經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和民生改善，不斷拉緊中巴利益紐帶，為本地區(qū)國(guó)家間開展合作提供示范。我們?cè)概c巴方共同努力，以大項(xiàng)目合作為契機(jī)，繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)金融和投資合作，繼續(xù)集中力量推進(jìn)在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、互聯(lián)互通、海洋、能源、農(nóng)業(yè)、防務(wù)等領(lǐng)域的合作。	We should boost pragmatic cooperation. We should continue to make full use of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA), hold the second round of tax reduction negotiations in the second phase of the FTA, and upgrade our business relations, so as to expand the size of bilateral trade and work towards a dynamic trade balance. China is ready to work with Pakistan to speed up the upgrading of the KKH and actively explore and develop a long-term plan for the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, so as to strengthen the connectivity between South Asia and East Asia and promote economic development and livelihood improvement in the neighborhood. This will not only help expand the shared interests of China and Pakistan, but also provide an exemplary model for cooperation between regional countries. We will also work with Pakistan to launch big projects, enhance financial and investment cooperation, and focus our efforts on infrastructure development, connectivity, maritime, energy, agriculture and defense cooperation.
我們要擴(kuò)大中巴人文交流。中國(guó)政府將一如既往地支持雙方在文化、衛(wèi)生、教育、旅游、體育、新聞媒體、學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)體等方面加強(qiáng)交流合作，為中巴友誼奠定更加堅(jiān)實(shí)的民意基礎(chǔ)。中方高度贊賞巴方推廣漢語教學(xué)的努力，并將為此提供更多幫助。未來５年，中國(guó)將為巴基斯坦培訓(xùn)１０００名漢語教師，并在巴增設(shè)多家孔子學(xué)院。中方將繼續(xù)支持中巴１００名青年互訪活動(dòng)，歡迎更多巴基斯坦青年來中國(guó)訪問和學(xué)習(xí)。	We should expand people-to-people exchanges. The Chinese government will continue to support bilateral exchanges and cooperation in culture, health, education, tourism and sports and between media and academic institutions so as to strengthen popular support for China-Pakistan friendship. China highly appreciates Pakistan's efforts to promote the learning of Chinese language and will offer more help for such learning. In the next five years, China will train 1,000 language teachers for Pakistan and open more Confucius Institutes in your country. China will continue to support the exchange of 100-member youth delegations and welcome more young people from Pakistan to visit and study in China.
我們要密切中巴在地區(qū)和國(guó)際事務(wù)中的配合。中國(guó)將繼續(xù)與巴方加強(qiáng)溝通協(xié)調(diào)，共同維護(hù)聯(lián)合國(guó)憲章的宗旨和原則，維護(hù)發(fā)展中國(guó)家整體利益，促進(jìn)國(guó)際關(guān)系民主化，推動(dòng)不同文明對(duì)話，促進(jìn)世界和諧發(fā)展。	We should increase coordination in regional and international affairs. China will continue to work with Pakistan to enhance communication and coordination, jointly uphold the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter, safeguard the overall interests of developing countries, promote democracy in international relations and dialogue between civilizations, and work for the building of a harmonious world.
女士們，先生們！	Ladies and Gentlemen,
中巴友好是兩國(guó)人民用心血精心澆灌的結(jié)果，是兩國(guó)幾代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人苦心孤詣、長(zhǎng)期經(jīng)營(yíng)的結(jié)果。這種患難與共的真摯情誼，久經(jīng)考驗(yàn)，比黃金還珍貴。中國(guó)和巴基斯坦永遠(yuǎn)友好相處，是中巴兩國(guó)人民的共同心聲。我們要繼續(xù)和衷共濟(jì)，風(fēng)雨同舟，讓全天候的中巴友誼結(jié)出更加豐碩的成果。	China-Pakistan friendship, nurtured by our two peoples and fostered by succeeding generations of Chinese and Pakistani leaders, has stood the test of hardships and it is more precious than gold. To be friends forever is the shared aspiration of our two peoples. We should continue to forge ahead in both good and difficult times and work together to make new progress in growing China-Pakistan all-weather friendship.
最后，我想再一次說：中巴友誼萬歲！	Finally, let me say one more time, "Chin-Pak dosti zandabad" (Long live China-Pakistan friendship)!
