The pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus is a new disease. The general public should better protect themselves against this epidemic. In order to help international friends to acquire relevant knowledge of prevention, Hubei Provincial Foreign Affairs Office has compiled and translated this guide into multiple languages according to the Public Prevention Guide provided by the National Health Commission. The following is the Guide to Prevent Pneumonia Caused by the Novel Coronavirus on Public Transport. The guide applies to public transport including airplane, train, metro, bus, and ferry.

I. Staff working on public transport in epidemic areas should wear surgical or N95 masks and have their health monitored on a daily basis.

II. Thermometers and masks should be available on public transport.

III. Clean and disinfect public transport more frequently. Keep proper log sheets and labelling of the cleaning history.

IV. Ensure the public transport is well-ventilated.

V. Keep the metro/bus/train stations and carriages clean and tidy and promptly dispose of waste.

VI. Improve the work/rest schedules to make sure workers on public transport get enough rest.

公共交通工具新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎預(yù)防指南

       新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎是一種新發(fā)疾病，公眾應(yīng)切實(shí)加強(qiáng)預(yù)防。為幫助外國人了解掌握相關(guān)預(yù)防知識(shí)，湖北省人民政府外事辦公室根據(jù)國家衛(wèi)健委發(fā)布的公眾預(yù)防指南，整理出多語種防護(hù)手冊(cè)，本期發(fā)布《公共交通工具新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎預(yù)防指南》，適用于飛機(jī)、火車、地鐵、公共汽車和輪船等公共交通工具，供參考。

       一、發(fā)生疾病流行地區(qū)的公共交通工具在崗工作人員應(yīng)佩戴醫(yī)用外科口罩或N95口罩，并每日做好健康監(jiān)測(cè)。

       二、公共交通工具建議備置體溫計(jì)、口罩等物品。

       三、增加公共交通工具清潔與消毒頻次，做好清潔消毒工作記錄和標(biāo)識(shí)。

       四、保持公共交通工具良好的通風(fēng)狀態(tài)。

       五、保持車站、車廂內(nèi)的衛(wèi)生整潔,及時(shí)清理垃圾。

       六、做好人員工作與輪休安排，確保司乘人員得到足夠休息。
