Continued efforts should be made to exercise full and rigorous governance over the Communist Party of China to strengthen its capacity to innovate, power to unite, and energy to fight, said President Xi Jinping on Tuesday.
Xi made the remarks while addressing a gathering celebrating the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up.
