Located in the new coastal area of eastern Yantai, the Yantai Marine Economic Development Center was capped recently and investment invitation work has started.

The center has been under construction since February 2013. After a year of intensive work, the 45-story main building -- Marine Property Right Transaction Center -- and two side buildings -- 22-story Marine Business Park and Marine Innovation Service Building -- have been capped.

Since the formulation of the 12th Five Year Plan, the state has vigorously supported the development of blue industry, launching the establishment of the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone.

Depending on strong advantages in resources, Yantai has become the core of the blue economic zone. As the business landmark of eastern Yantai, the center will attract more enterprises, organizations and talent to jointly boost t Yantai’s economy and urban construction.
