The Shangdong Tourism Trade Association recently approved the Happy Coast Tourist Area in Binhai District of Weifang City to become one of the “Shandong Demonstration Sites of Self-drive Travel,” making it the first site to receive the title.

After years of rapid development, the Happy Coast Tourist Area in Binhai District of Weifang had a well-established tourist infrastructure. After being approved as an AAA tourism area, it attracted a number of tourists from surrounding cities.

The beach resort, the Malaysia Pavilion, the seaside fishing, the kite surfing and the seagoing yacht provide much joy for tourists.

The 30,000-square-meter parking lot provides sufficient parking space for self-driving tourists, combining self-drive travel with more convenience and comfort.

Binhai District of Weifang is accelerating the development of its tourist industry, continuously perfecting its infrastructure and improving management as well as service quality in order to provide a more convenient and comfortable self-drive environment for tourists and to build a top-level coastal tourism leisure resort.
