Reporters learned from the meeting of the construction of key tourism projects that there are more than 20 tourism distribution centers being built or set to be built across the entire province. Some cities put the upgrading of tourism public service into key municipal tasks. The construction of tourism public service facilities of Shandong Province will enter an intensive construction period in the coming years.

Ji Xiangqi, vice governor of Shandong Province, pointed out at the meeting that the construction of tourism consulting service centers and distributions centers couldn't be compared with those in Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu. Many tourists have a lot of complaints so the construction of these two centers will be a top priority for construction of tourism service facilities.

In order to build a world-known tourism city, Jinan, Qingdao, Yantai, Taian and Jining must make sure the construction of distribution centers will be finished next year, while other cities will need to complete their construction in two years.
