Artists perform beside the Willow Spring of the Liaozhai Town, a 4A-level tourist site in Zibo city on April 29.

The 9th China Zibo International Liaozhai (a masterpiece usually translated as Strange Stories from a Chinese Studio) Cultural Tourism Festival was held in Zichuan District, Zibo City of Shandong Province, the hometown of Master Pu Songling, the writer of the world famous literary work Liaozhai Zhiyi (Strange Stories from a Chinese Studio). Activities include touring with fox-shaped immortals, singing folk songs, traditional folk dancing (秧歌yangge) and painting and calligraphy which attracted a great deal of tourists.
