Local residents are evacuated from the flooded areas by a shovel loader in Quanjiao, east China's Anhui Province, August 3, 2008. Torrential rains since July 31 have resulted in the rising of water levels, which exceeded warning levels in some sections of Chuhe River, Deshenghe River and Xingxihe River in the region.
