A zoo has compensated a woman after a monkey snatched her eyeglasses off her face in Wuhan, capital of Hubei Province.
The woman, surnamed Gong, was paid 1,400 yuan (US$205) last Monday.
Gong was standing close to the monkey's cage when it walked toward her and stretched out its hand. With catlike reflexes, the woman stood there as it took her glasses, which the monkey then crushed.
