A 70-year-old gymnast has challenged fellow athletes on the Internet to perform some of her most difficult techniques, Nanguo Morning Post reported.
Despite her age, Cen Zhaoxian can still raise her leg above her head and do the splits, and said that practicing the techniques had helped keep her healthy. She trains at least three hours a day at her home in Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.
