A Nanjing couple that met when they nearly fought over the same pedicab, recently got married, and rode the pedicab to their wedding ceremony, the Nanjing Morning News reported.
Three years ago, the bride Jiang almost quarreled with the bridegroom Hu because he had taken the tricycle she had hailed in the city's Jiangning district, in Jiangsu Province.
It was dark and rainy when Jiang struggled for a taxi in a bus stop. When she saw the three-wheeler and hailed it, a young man jumped into it before it reached her.
Jiang was in a rage and felt desperate but to her surprise, the man led the tricycle to her, and let her use it. She was impressed and they exchanged phone numbers.
They kept in contact and fell in love. Before their wedding, they spent a week looking for the pedicab, so they could use it on their special day.
