The?Fourth Session of the 11th National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature,?began?its closing meeting in Beijing Monday morning.
The meeting was presided over by Wu Bangguo, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee. President Hu Jintao and other top leaders attend the closing meeting.?
