The Founding of a Party is an upcoming Chinese historical film scheduled to be released in 2011 to mark the 90th anniversary of the Communist Party of China. The movie is set in the period between 1917 (when the October Revolution broke out) and 1921 (the year the Chinese Communist Party was founded).
