The third Hainan Rendez-Vous, China's leading yacht and business jet show, will be held from April 5-8 in the southern coastal city of Sanya on the island province of Hainan, the local government said.

Exhibitions of yachts, business jets, and other products including high-end cars, villas, and jewelry, will be held during the event.

More than 130 yachts of some 20 brands will be showcased on the Hongzhou yacht dock, and business jets of seven brands, including Eurocopter and Bell Helicopter will be put on show at Sanya Phoenix Airport.

China is the world's second largest luxury buyer, according to the World Luxury Association, a Beijing-based non-governmental organization. A market research report by CLSA Asia-Pacific Markets shows that China's luxury market will grow by 25 percent annually over the next few years.
