Beijing's Traffic Management Bureau will set up a dynamic commuter information platform based on data from Beijing's 17 million users of China Mobile, Beijing Morning News reports.

?Authorities plan to chart various traveling times among commuters in order to relieve traffic congestion, but added that users' privacy will be protected, and the data released to the public will not include personal information.
