Senior Chinese leader He Guoqiang has ordered enhanced efforts in the supervision of reconstruction in quake-hit Yushu in northwestern Qinghai Province.

He, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, made the remarks Tuesday when he visited quake-affected people and reconstruction workers in Yushu.
