Hasuhai is situated in the Tumete Left Banner 70 km west of
Hohhot. The lake is 30 square kilometers and is 3 meters deep.
Hasuhai is luxuriant in bulrush and is teeming with carp, grass
carp, crucian, shrimp, river crab and seashells. There are
pavilions and trees in the area and the landscape is beautiful.
There is a tourist hall, nightclub, tennis court, swimming pool,
and luxury villas, European-style wooden houses and Mongolian yurts
in the resort, offering different styles of services. Visitors can
also view a Tumete Mongolian wedding ceremony and Tumete
performance with ethnic minority and local characteristics.
Boarding: There are villas, rest houses and Mongolian tents. The
luxurious and graceful Jinshan Yuhai Building has a total of 600
seats and offers such delicacies as fresh fish, Mongolian roast
lamb, mutton eaten with the hands, dairy product, acid meal and oat
flour.
