Mainland buyers heat up Hong Kong property market	上半年內(nèi)地買家在港購樓創(chuàng)新高
As cities in China's mainland put limits on home purchasing, Hong Kong has become a hot destination for mainland real estate investors flush with money.	限購政策的出臺，正在迫使內(nèi)地樓市資金外流，在“就近”的香港樓市，內(nèi)地買家占據(jù)的市場份額已超過15%，為歷年來的最高。
Buyers from China's mainland accounted for 15 percent of purchases of new luxury homes in Hong Kong in the first half of this year, a record high, according to a report by Centaline Property Agency. They also represented more than 25 percent of the second-hand luxury housing market.	中原地產(chǎn)發(fā)布的最新數(shù)據(jù)顯示，今年上半年在一手豪宅（價值超過1200萬港幣）市場中，內(nèi)地買家的購買宗數(shù)占到上半年總成交量的38.4%，均創(chuàng)有記錄以來的新高。二手豪宅市場上，內(nèi)地個人買家的成交金額也占到1/4強(qiáng)。
"The mainland restrictions on property investment are the main reason for the inflow of capital into the Hong Kong housing market,"?Centaline Property said in the report. "Once the mainland loosens its grip, a repatriation of capital is inevitable."	中原地產(chǎn)分析認(rèn)為，內(nèi)地愈加嚴(yán)格的限購政策是促使樓市資金流向香港的主要因素。一旦放松樓市調(diào)控政策，很可能引發(fā)內(nèi)地房市快速反彈。
