| Prada issued a total of 423 million shares through the offering to raise about HK$16.7 billion (US$2.14 billion). Old holdings made up 86 percent of the offering, with 72 percent owned by Prada family and the remaining 28 percent owned by Italian Intesa Sanpaolo Bank. With an offering price set at HK$39.5, the Prada family and Intesa Sanpaolo were able to cash out HK$10.35 billion （US$1.32 billion）and HK$4.02 billion (US$510 million) respectively. | 普拉達(dá)此次上市的保薦人為高盛及里昂。普拉達(dá)這次共發(fā)行約4.23億股，募集資金約167億港元。其中86%為舊股，而舊股中的72%全部來(lái)自普拉達(dá)家族持有的母公司，其余則由另一股東意大利圣保羅(Intesa Sanpaolo)銀行售出。根據(jù)最終定價(jià)39.5港元，母公司及圣保羅銀行各自套現(xiàn)103.5億及40.2億港元。 |
