Boasting a purist design, lightweight construction, outstanding handling and exemplary safety, the SLS AMG "Gullwing" model reinterprets the design of the historic Mercedes-Benz 300 SL - which first set pulses racing over 40 years ago. With its wide radiator grille and wing-shaped cross fins, the SLS AMG channels its spirit with charisma.
Beyond its eye-catching appeal, this new super sports car also offers pure driving excitement. Its AMG 6.3-litre V8 engine produces a maximum of 420 kW output and 650 Nm of torque, and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in a staggering 3.8 seconds, before achieving a top speed of 317 km/h.
Moreover, the outstanding features of SLS AMG have led to its appointment as the Official Safety Car of Formula One this year, thanks to its precise turn-in ability, agility, and exemplary safety measures - all of which left audiences buzzing when it made its first appearance in China last weekend during the Chinese Formula One Grand Prix in Shanghai.
