Hainan Airlines Co will issue up to 2.7 billion yuan (US$395 million) of short-term debt on the inter-bank bond market to widen financing channels.
The move is also to satisfy its capital demand, cut financing cost and lift its image, the airline said in a statement to the Shanghai Stock Exchange yesterday.
