Guangzhou Honda Automobile Co Ltd has appointed Fu Shoujie as chairman of the board and Yao Yiming as deputy general manager.
The previous chairman of the board, Lu Zhifeng resigned from his position for another appointment.
48-year-old Fu was previously the executive deputy general manager of Guangzhou Honda. He held this position since 2006.
