The 1st FIT Asian Translators' Forum was hosted by the TAC in Beijing between July and August, 1995. The FIT Asian Translators' Forum, first organized by the TCA in 1995, has become a fixed event that is held every three years. It’s now an important exchange platform for the international translation and interpreting community, both in Asia and around the world. So far six forums have been held in different countries and regions across Asia.
