9月24日,寧夏吳忠市一家早茶店廚師將做好的小吃遞到窗口。在位于黃河之濱的寧夏吳忠市,八寶茶、拉面、牛肉、各式小吃和面點(diǎn)完美融合,逐漸形成以早茶為特色的餐飲文化。吳忠早茶集早茶消費(fèi)、休閑旅游、商務(wù)交流、社交娛樂于一體,成為拉動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。吳忠市的早茶店從2000年的幾十家發(fā)展到2024年的793家,直接從業(yè)人員達(dá)2萬多人。今年國慶假期,第五屆吳忠早茶美食文化節(jié)將在這座“早茶文化地標(biāo)城市”舉行,邀請(qǐng)各地游客共享美食嘉年華。[新華社記者 馮開華 攝]
