在廣西南寧市一家螺螄粉店,服務(wù)員為螺螄粉添加配料(9月18日攝)。在第22屆中國(guó)—東盟博覽會(huì)上,柳州螺螄粉因其獨(dú)特風(fēng)味而風(fēng)靡南寧國(guó)際會(huì)展中心,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)烹飪的、熟食包裝的螺螄粉受到國(guó)內(nèi)外食客的廣泛青睞。柳州螺螄粉是廣西特色傳統(tǒng)美食。2021年,柳州螺螄粉制作技藝被列入第五批國(guó)家級(jí)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)代表性項(xiàng)目名錄。2015年初,柳州市提出螺螄粉“產(chǎn)業(yè)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、品牌化、規(guī)模化”發(fā)展理念,用工業(yè)化理念推動(dòng)螺螄粉全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈高質(zhì)量發(fā)展,螺螄粉產(chǎn)業(yè)由此開(kāi)始進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展期,產(chǎn)品遠(yuǎn)銷東盟、歐美等數(shù)十個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū),小小螺螄粉實(shí)現(xiàn)了由“地方小吃”向“國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)”的轉(zhuǎn)變。2024年,柳州市螺螄粉全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈銷售收入超過(guò)750億元。[新華社記者 陸波岸 攝]

Luosifen, or river snail rice noodles, drew attention and popularity at the ongoing 22nd China-ASEAN Expo. Known for its pungent smell, Luosifen is an iconic delicacy in Liuzhou. It features rice vermicelli soaked in a spicy broth nicely flavored by river snails and topped with ingredients such as pickled bamboo shoots, string beans, peanuts and fried tofu skin. In 2021, it was included in the fifth batch of China's national intangible cultural heritage list. Since 2015, the local government of Liuzhou has supported the modernization of Luosifen-related industries to achieve industrialization, standardization, branding and large-scale development of the industry. This signature street food has gained more recognition among overseas consumers ever since. In 2024, the total integrated industrial chain sales revenue of Luosifen exceeded 75 billion yuan (about 10.55 billion U.S. dollars) in Liuzhou. (Xinhua/Lu Boan)
