Manchester United FC are one step away from a UEFA Champions League final appearance at Wembley after overcoming ten-man Chelsea FC, Sir Alex Ferguson's men securing a 3-1 aggregate victory in this all-English quarter-final.

Man United snatched a 1-0 win thanks to Wayne Rooney's away goal in the first leg and Javier Hernandez pushed the Red Devils forward with a close range shot in the 43rd minute on Tuesday.

Chelsea went down to 10 men when Ramires received a second booking but Drogba, a half-time substitute for the again ineffectual Fernando Torres, scored a trademark goal on the turn to give his side hope.

However, Chelsea's vague hope lasted even less than one minute as South Korean Park Ji Sung fired home for the hosts in the 77th minute.
